Returns and refunds

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item.

For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue. Once an approved return is received and inspected, we initiate any approved refund within 48 hours. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.
